She has several Diplomas and courses in Intellectual Property sponsored by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, Litigation, Piracy, Electronic Commerce. She has experience in Intellectual Property and has participated in Conferences and Congresses related to the important area of Intellectual Property for 18 years. Also with presence in Administrative, Corporate, Civil and Commercial Law.
Francisco Mattos Crespo, is founder of the Firm in 2003, He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Franz Tamayo Private University of La Paz, Bolivia. With extensive experience in Intellectual Property, Patent Trademarks, Copyright, Defense in the subject of Infringements as well as Actions against Piracy, Litigation, Labor Law, Family Law, Criminal Law Administrative Law.
